CLIMB until you conquer Our CLIMB set includes five bracelets that double as hair ties in gorgeous warm neutrals of brown, creams, and greens. This set with mountain peaks on the gold charm will remind us that our mountain top is in reach. Medium is the size of a normal hair tie band. It fits wrists between 5-6.4" around. Small is better for younger girls and small teens. It fits wrists under 5" around. Large is sized for wrists 6.5-7.5"

All returns must be postmarked or returned to our store within 14 DAYS of purchase. We offer store credit only, no refunds, which will expire one year after issue date. Store credit will be visible on your customer account and available at online checkout or in store. All items must be returned without any signs of wear and with tags still attached. Return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility. We do NOT offer returns on sale or clearance items. All sale priced items are final. Any returns we receive that have appeared to have been worn, altered, or do not have tags attached will NOT be accepted and no credit will be issued.

We extend our return window during the holidays. Returns will be allowed until January 14th on any purchase after November 1st. Items must still be returned without signs of wear and tags still attached. All sale priced items are also final. DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Please email us photos of the damaged item along with a description of the issue to: mkthreadsboutique@gmail.com with "Damaged Item" in the subject line.

MK Threads ships to anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $5. Any order over $75 ships free. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class depending on weight.

Once the package ships, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or damaged items. All orders will receive a tracking number. If tracking states that your order has been "Delivered", it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS. If a package is lost or stolen, MK Threads is NOT responsible for providing a replacement or credit.
